Vehicle tracking and route playback
MyFMS shows the location of the assets/vehicles in real time on the map. This enables you to respond to live deveopments. You can save time and money with a current location and make your company more efficient. The routes driven can be subsequently played back in the map software. Thus the exact route taken can be seen quickly and easily in case of an emergency or for other reasons.
Web en App
The MyFMS application is available 24 hours a day in the cloud, and is always up-to-date. All you need is a browser and internet connection, there is no administration or prior installation required. For mobile on-the-go users, a free MyFMS app is available for Apple iPhone or Google Android phones. You can find the app in the Apple store , Google Play or Microsoft Windows Phone.
Fuel and CO2 reporting
The fuel consumption of your fleet represents a large cost component. Gaining insight into your fuel consumption can help to reduce costs as well as CO2 emissions. Reducing your CO2 footprint indicates that your organisation is socially responsible. For every kilometre that your fleet does not need to drive, you are able to reduce your CO2 emission.
You are always up-to-date with the latest software and map updates. MyFMS uses world maps from Nokia/HERE. In addition to the standard maps, a satellite map and hybrid map is available.
Point of Interest (POI)
You can create a Point of Interest (POI) for important items such as a customer or supplier. In the reporting, POIs can be used in reports or notifications. POIs also make managing the vehicle’s navigation easy to use. Find the POI and dispatch an employee to the customer for a job.
International aspect & Roles and Rights
The application offers support in several languages as well as the possibility to be converted to kilometres per hour, metres per second, land miles, nautical miles and feet. As a result, MyFMS can be applied to road vehicles as well as the aviation and nautical industries.
Not every user requires all of the available modules. This flexibility can be managed in the Roles and Rights module.
It can be difficult to keep track of who was driving, especially with car pooling or truck driving.
