De Opbouw Care Group

The healthcare organizations Prinsenstichting, Silverein, and Zideris together form Zorggroep De Opbouw. With approximately 4,500 employees and 1,900 volunteers, we provide care, support, and treatment—both at home and at some 88 locations—to approximately 4,500 older adults and people with intellectual disabilities (Source: Facts and Figures – De Opbouw).

Efficient trip logging for 75 vehicles

We meet part of our transportation needs with 75 of our own vehicles. For an approved and comprehensive  For trip logging , we have chosen the MyFMS trip logging/fleet management system with tags, including automatic calibration and a SCIM integration with Entra ID. This solution is user-friendly and saves us approximately six hours of mandatory calibration time each month. In addition, the solution will be expanded by the end of 2026 to include access via the MyFMS Digital Pass. With the SCIM integration, employees can access the Digital Pass, making it easy to grant or revoke vehicle usage. This provides greater clarity and simplifies vehicle access management for our approximately 500 drivers.

A successful implementation

The rollout proceeded smoothly through close coordination between MyFMS and the healthcare organizations. As is often the case in practice, both sides learned from the implementation process. One example of this is the separate use of a single type of tag for drivers. The MyFMS systems and MyFMS Multireaders were neatly installed by enthusiastic technicians. All questions were answered in a friendly and thorough manner by the MyFMS support department.

Working Together on Further Innovation

In addition to addressing our transportation challenges, we are currently working on an API integration for our internal sustainability dashboard and on the launch of the MyFMS Digital Pass for drivers.
