Trajectum provides specialized treatment counseling to people with mild intellectual disabilities and often misunderstood risky behaviors. The organization has a fleet of 45 cars shared by all employees. We spoke with purchaser René Dassen about how MyFMS is used for a fiscally balanced trip registration and optimal utilization management.

Tax-efficient trip records

‘We were looking for a way to keep our trip registration fiscally in order. Micpoint had already built a trip registration system into a number of lease cars, but due to changing legislation regarding tax trip registration, this had to be done across the entire fleet.’ Trajectum chose Micpoint because there was already a pleasant cooperation and because of the professional approach. ‘On both sides, communication with Micpoint is open and transparent. Optimize occupancy management

Trajectum now fully meets the legal requirement for tax-compliant trip registration. ‘As a side benefit, we can also accurately read the actual trips and distances covered,which has optimized our occupancy management.’ Dassen adds that employees are also responding well to the system. ‘It is very user-friendly and we have received few questions about it.’

Trajectum and Micpoint are looking at how the fleet processes can be set up even more efficiently. ‘Now, for example, we are investigating how we can integrate the information from MyFMS with our car reservation system.’
